3. Orders and Pricing

All prices for our Services are listed on our website and are quoted in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount specified at the time of purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Payment Terms

We accept payments through Stripe and other payment methods as displayed on our website. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

Payment is required in full before work begins on your project, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. For larger projects, we may offer milestone-based payment schedules as outlined in a separate project agreement.

5. Delivery Policy

Delivery timelines vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project. Estimated delivery times will be communicated to you upon order confirmation. While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

All deliverables will be provided digitally via email or through a secure file-sharing platform. The project is considered delivered once the final files have been made available to you.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our Services. Our refund policy is as follows:

Before work begins: If you cancel your order before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund.

Work in progress: If you cancel after work has begun but before completion, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the percentage of work not yet completed. A minimum fee of 25% of the total order value will be retained for administrative costs.

Completed projects: Once a project has been delivered and approved by you, no refunds will be issued.

7. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform the Services

- Respond to our requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner

- Not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

- Not request services that promote adult content, illegal activity, or violence

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. However, EchoBoost Media INC retains ownership of all pre-existing materials, tools, frameworks, and templates used in the creation of your project.

We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of EchoBoost Media INC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EchoBoost Media INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use our Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
